Dr. Andrew Loyns – Chief Technical Officer

Andrew draws on his wealth of industry experience and contacts, having previously held senior technical roles at Hawker Battery Group and Yuasa, to ensure the growth and development of the business is in line with the exceptional potential of Ebonex® Technology.

Karl Froelich – Marketing and Sales Consultant

Karl brings 20 years of new business development and commercialization experience to Atraverda and recently launched a new polymeric separator to the lithium ion battery industry. He is committed to commercializing the first advanced VRLA battery for the next generation of electrified vehicles and backup power.

Simon O’Sullivan – Chief Financial Officer

Simon oversees all financial activities for Atraverda, including financial planning and securing global investment to the company.  A chartered accountant with more than 10 years of experience with venture capital-backed technology businesses, he is also responsible for strengthening Atraverda’s business plan around delivery of the world’s first commercially viable bi-polar lead acid battery.

Dr. Keith Ellis – Technical Manager

Keith leads the groundbreaking development work on Ebonex® Technology bi-polar plates, ensuring the future of the battery industry will never be the same. Keith's electrochemical and industrial background means he is ideally placed to transfer the painstaking work of the laboratory into a viable, successful commercial process.

Tony Davies – Chairman of Board

Tony Davies has developed a number of businesses as a “serial entrepreneur”. These business projects have included the management of industrial companies and of VC funds. Tony’s core competence is in the creation and leadership of technology based businesses, team building and deal negotiation. Current interest is in “cleantech” particularly environmentally sound technologies for clean energy production and reduction of vehicle emissions.
