Mike Greenlee - Chairman
With over thirty years of battery industry experience and a place on many industry committees and think tanks, Mike works with the executive management team in driving forward the adoption of Atraverda’s proprietary technology.
Dr. William Wylam – Indianapolis, Indiana, USA
Leader of General Motors battery technology from 1973 to 1997 and Director of Engineering for Delco Remy International thru 2005. “Father” of the automotive maintenance-free battery, Chairman of Electricore, Inc. a not-for-profit public private consortium for development of advanced technology and founder and President of International Energy LLC. Member of several boards and advisory panels for energy related issues including the Indiana Energy Systems Center, Richard Lugar Center for Renewable Energy and the Flagship Enterprise Center.
Mr. Kazuo Murata – Takatsuki, Osaka, Japan
Former Sr. Managing Director and Chief Engineer at Yuasa Battery in Japan and Chairman of Yuasa-Delta in Taiwan. Founder of Yuasa Battery in Ebbw Vale, Wales in 1981. Leader of Yuasa’s efforts to develop nickel-metal-hydride and lithium-ion batteres. Author of international business management books and accomplished transoceanic sailor—sailing single-handedly from Japan to the USA in 2006.
Mr. Dennis Davis – Grand Blanc, Michigan, USA
Manager of propulsion system development, integration, testing and validation for GM EV1….providing leadership for engineering teams responsible for the design, development, integration and testing of electric vehicle propulsion systems including fuel cell systems, hydrogen storage systems, electric traction, wheel motors, power inverter modules, battery pack and controls.
Mr. Y. H. Kim – Yang Pyong City, Kyunggi-do, Korea
Retired CEO of Korea Storage Battery Company and an active global consultant in the battery industry with emphasis on China, Viet Nam and Korea.
Mr. D. G. Edwards – Agay, Provence, France
Manufacturing consultant with responsibility for building advanced lead-acid manufacturing plants (and operating some) in the USA, France, Korea, Mexico, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, China and the Phillipines.
Dr. Robert P. Hamlen – Holmdel, New Jersey, USA
Consultant in batteries and electrochemistry—former head of electrochemistry branch at General Electric, General Manager of Exxon Enterprises Battery Division, founder and first President of Alupower, Inc., an Alcan new venture subsidiary formed in NJ to develop aluminum-based fuel cells for electric vehicles, Chief--Army Power Division, US Army Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC), Ft. Monmouth, NJ, Ft. Belvoir, VA. (Supervised group of 70-100 people who spearhead the fielding of new portable and mobile power products into the U. S. Army, including new primary and rechargeable batteries, fuel cells, chargers, solar panels, generator components, and heating systems.)
